Site work for a water / sewer project in Hoboken, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists ofthe rehabilitation of approximately 7,100 linear feet of combined sewers, manholes, and service connections in the Cities of Weehawken and West New York. The scope of the work will include but not be limited to the use of trenchless technology such as cured in place lining and Manhole Rehabilitation. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. If the Contract is awarded, no refunds will be given. If for any reason the Contract is not awarded, refunds will be made to bidders pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24(b) when the Contract Documents are returned in reasonable condition within 90 days of notice that the Contract has not been awarded. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
