This contract will cover the work to replace the Dallas / Stanley sewer pump station force main. The work will include the installation of 2700' of 20" PVC Force Main from the pump station location to the discharge point in Main Street. It will also include a bore under NC 279 at the intersection of NC 279 and NC 274, the removal and replacement of asphalt in N. Davis Street and E. Main Street, and the removal and replacement of some driveways, curb, and sidewalk along the proposed alignment to allow for the installation of the proposed new force main and all other appurtenances to complete the project. The Town of Dallas reserves the right to reject any proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of this notice or of any of the contract documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion.
