Renovation of a municipal facility in Medfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,810-square-foot municipal facility.
The Medfield Council on Aging facility (COA) is a light wood framed structure with structural wood, beams, and wood roof trusses that was built back in 2008. The exterior is constructed of a wood fiber board clapboard siding with a combination of wood and synthetic 'Azek' trim to create a residential colonial style building. The exterior paint is past its life expectancy and needs to be repainted. The goal of this project is to perform minor repairs and repaint the entire exterior of the building. Project The Town of Medfield is soliciting bids for repainting the exterior of the Council on Aging Facility (approx. 7,810 SF) Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
