The Maryland States Highway Centerville maintenance facility is soliciting a contractor to demolition and dispose of a 135'x 38' fire damaged pole building structure having three enclosed bays located at the District-2 Centerville maintenance facility 111 Safety Drive Centerville, Maryland 21617. The Administration will have the electric to the pole structure building disconnect by others prior to the demolition. For the two sections that are to be removed, an environmental report will be shared with the bidding contractor prior to bidding to allow to properly dispose of the building materials if there are any hazmat materials within the structure. The contractor shall provide furnishings of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, ladders, scaffolds, hoists, heavy equipment transportation services, 30 yard roll off dumpsters to include disposal and any other equipment necessary to satisfactorily execute and complete the project in full compliance with the Contract requirements.
