Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Anahim Lake, British Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a 8,325-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Nee-Tahi-Buhn Band plans to construct a Clan House as a facility designed to provide individual living spaces, community, and family support services for its members. The proposed 770.9 m2 facility will be centrally located within the Omineca I.R.1, adjacent to the band office, ensuring accessibility to the community. The study area is located on the Omineca 1 IR, approximately 3.3 km south of Francoise Lake, west of Olson Road and south of Hamre Road. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Tender and construction timelines are undetermined. Further update in summer 2026, upon approvals.
