As of November 11, 2025, the project has been completed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System (CMCSS) is seeking a bid for foundation stabilization along the northeastern wall of the gymnasium at Northeast Elementary School. The foundation appears to be experiencing instability causing deflection in the wall and vertical cracking in the concrete masonry units of the short, perpendicular adjacent wall containing an opening for the entrance to the gym. The attached site diagram is intended to create a common scope of work for the purpose of competitive bidding. The successful bidder is responsible for design documents, materials selection and remedial methods of the project. CMCSS is seeking this bid for the complete installation of items to include labor, material, equipment, site safety, and layout where necessary. Contractors are required to make their own measurements for ordering materials. This work shall include site clean-up and proper removal of associated debris. Construction debris needs to be placed in a contractor-furnished dumpster and needs to be removed and properly disposed of off-site. Any Construction and installation activities shall be coordinated through CMCSS Operations and the buildings Administration and Custodial staff upon written Notice to Proceed from the owner.
