Site work for a water / sewer project in Cookeville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of installing approximately 4,100 LF of 12" waterline, 195 LF of 6" waterline, and replacing approximately 22 meter sets. No bids will be received or accepted after the above-specified time for the opening of bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or bank check or Bid Guarantee Bond in the amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions for Bidders. Bids shall also be accompanied by an affidavit of a drug-free workplace as required by T.C.A. 50-9-113 and as detailed in the Instructions for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price, each Bond. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids as deemed in the best interest of the City, and in the event all bids are rejected, the project may be re-advertised.
