Parks, Facilities and Right of Way Lawn Care Services Lawn care services shall include mowing and removal of grass clippings, trimming (weedeating), edging, and picking up and disposing of loose limbs and papers. Clearing all walkways, driveways, and parking areas of loose grass, and at specified locations, picking up, removing, and disposing of clippings and yard waste. Select locations will also include fertilization, pre-emergent applications, post-emergent applications, and over seeding applications. Base bid does not include mulching, flower bed care, tree trimming, hedge, or shrubbery care, unless specified in the Facility Service List. The City of Cookeville shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids if said body deems it necessary in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Cookeville.
