Bids are invited from qualified Bidders for the work of the following Project, as set forth below: Project: REDBUD VILLAGE- NEW CONSTRUCTION 1 EAGLES LANDING DRIVE COOKEVILLE, TN 38501 Bid Period: A bid may not be modified, withdrawn or cancelled by the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days following the time and date designated for the receipt of Bids, and each Bidder so agrees in submitting a Bid. Project Timeline: Construction is expected to start Spring 2025. On the Bid Cover Sheet, each Bidder shall legibly write or type the following information for itself and for each Subcontractor that the Bidder proposes to perform the site work, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and masonry subcontracts: the company name, as licensed, the Tennessee contractor license number, the expiration date thereof, the appropriate license classification and monetary limits. The Bid Cover Sheet must be completely and accurately filled out with all requested information. Any Bids received with blank spaces, incomplete or incorrect information on the Bid Cover Sheet may not be considered. Any Bids received after the time and date designated for the receipt of Bids will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids that do not strictly comply with the requirements of the Bidding Documents and reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities in any of the Bidding Documents submitted by a Bidder.
