Putnam County is taking bids for a new sign and digital board at the new Putnam County Fairgrounds located on Tennessee Avenue. It is the intent ofthese specifications to describe the minimum requirements for one (1) new digital entrance sign to be located at 6000 Tennessee Ave at the entrance to the new Putnam County Fairgrounds. The County will provide power to the site ofthe sign as specified by the chosen vendor. A mockup of what we want the sign to look like is attached to these specifications. Any deviation from that mockup must be specified by the vendor. 1. Sign must conform to attached design with successful vendor providing a structural drawing by a licensed civil engineer before work commences. 2. Digital display must be a Watchfire Digital Display or equivalent. Any display not manufactured in the USA will not be considered. 3. The minimum viewing area ofthe digital display must be 8ft by 16ft. 4. Digital sign must be double-sided and viewable in both directions. 5. Single phase electric service 6. Must include graphics software with training. 7. Must include wireless communication with life ofsign data plan. 8. Sign must be installed with all necessary permits or any additional required permitting covered by installer. 9. County will provide logo and graphics for the top part ofthe sign above the digital board to the successful vendor. 10. Total height ofthe sign shall be a minimum of 30 feet, with 10 feet from ground to bottom of digital board and 4 foot gap between digital board and top sign. 11. Top sign shall be a double sided, lighted cabinet style sign, panned and embossed, minimum of 14.3 feet by 8 feet. 12. Mockup ofsign is included in this document.
