Solicitation Summary A. The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Contracting Division on behalf of US Army Garrison Public Works Directorate has a requirement for Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Services and Unscheduled Maintenance Repairs. B. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract. Funds will be obligated for services ordered upon issuance of Delivery Orders and not by the basic contract. The contract will consist of a one year Base and four one-year optional ordering periods. The total contract shall not exceed five (5) years. The Base and four optional Ordering Periods consist of the following CLINs: - Base Period: 01 May 2025 through 30 April 2026 - First Optional Period: 01 May 2026 through 30 April 2027 - Second Optional Period: 01 May 2027 through 30 April 2028 - Third Optional Period: 01 May 2028 through 30 April 2029 - Fourth Optional Period: 01 May 2029 through 30 April 2030 - Note: The above dates are subject to change. C. This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 and the size standard is $19,000,000. Please follow the instructions within the attached NSSC Site Visit Form and submit prior to your site visit. Coordinate site visits on 08 April 2025 at 0800 EST.
