Street, Road and Alley Materials Item 1: 20,000 gallons or less, Tack Coat complying with 2018 INDOT standard specification furnished and applied on streets, alley and other areas as designated. ITEM 2: 10,000 tons or less, Hot mix asphalt (HMA) corresponding to 2018 INDOT standard specifications, Section 402, furnished, spread with paving machine and rolled on City streets / alleys and patching. Bids shall be based on the following mixes:HMA Base 25.0 mm - Type BHMA Intermediate 19.0 mm - Type BHMA Surface 9.5 mm - Type B *ALL MIXTURES TO BE PRODUCED USING VIRGIN MATERIAL ONLY* Hot Mix Asphalt will be paid by the ton. All construction methods will be in accordance with 2018 INDOT standard specifications, Section 402. ITEM 3: Add cold Mix Here ITEM 4: 1,000 cubic yards or less, pit run gravel, FOB ITEM 5: 1,000 tons or less, Indiana specifications Class A 4,5,8,11,12 gravel, FOB and washed 23/34 sand ITEM 6: 10,00 tons or less Indiana specifications Class A limestone 33, 53, 73, and Rip Rap FOB ITEM 7: 25,000 gallons +/ on road premium diesel, no less than 50 octanes with additive package to be infected for premium diesel from supplier facility ITEM 8: 6,000 +/ off road premium diesel, tank wagon delivery to Street Department in double walled tank. 500-gallon tank & meter pump furnished by supplier. ITEM 9: 8,000 gallons +/ unleaded fuel 87 octane or higher, maximum 10% ethanol content from supplier to facility in double-walled tank. ITEM 10: 2,500 gallons +/ unleaded fuel 87 octane or higher, tank wagon delivery to the Street Department, 500-gallon double-walled tank & meter pump furnished by supplier. ITEM 11: Fixed oil/gear lube pricing for January 25, 2023 thru December 31, 2023 ITEM 12: 3,000 gallons +/ heavy duty 15W40 Diesel engine oil, delivered in 55-gallon drum(s). ITEM 13: 3,000 gallons +/ standard ATF fluid, per 2006 specifications, delivered in 55-gallon drum(s). ITEM 14: 3,000 gallons +/ Premium tractor hydraulic fluid, delivered in 55-gallon drum(s). ITEM 15: High temp grease, delivered in 120lbs kegs. ITEM 16: 80w90 gear oil, delivered in 120lbs kegs. ITEM 17: 275 gallons +/ diesel exhaust fluid. *IF AN EXCALATOR IS TO BE USED FOR ANY ITEM, THE BASELINE PRICE MUST BE SHOWN AT BID TIME* All bids must be submitted on Form 95 as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts with non-collusion affidavit completed and must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% (ten) of the bid, and in a sealed envelope which must be marked with the item number. The Board of Works and Public Safety reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities inbidding and to reject any and all bids. The contractor shall remain in effect for the duration of the contract.
