This project consists of furnish-ing all labor, materials, equip-ment, tools, and incidentals nec-essary to perform the work on the Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Video Inspection Rebid project. Work will be performed within City owned rights-of-way and permanent easements. . Cleaning and television inspection of gravity sewer pipe-lines. . Temporary bypass pumping. The Work shall be Physically complete within 25 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued there-to that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Roslyn, Washington. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certi-fied check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "City of Roslyn" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. The City of Roslyn expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
