Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Las Vegas, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope-of-work includes design services for the demolition of sod soccer, baseball, and softball sports fields and replace with synthetic turf system. In addition, construction of new shot put and discus areas, xeriscape system installation on grounds surrounding sports fields that includes concrete mow curbs, ADA access, and field equipment storage container and pad. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A. The construction budget for the project is: $8,000,000.00 Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.
