The Town of Monticello, Mississippi, requests proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Administrative Services for the Town of Monticellos U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) FY 2024 Economic Development Initiative (EDI) Community Project Funding (CPF) Grant. ADMINISTRATOR: The Administrator shall provide all the necessary administrative services to properly carry out all activities in the HUD EDI CPF grant through closeout, in accordance with HUD and all State and Federal regulations, policies, and laws. The project includes the following activities: Assist the Town and its agents in the general program management including accounting, required reports to HUD and the State, implementation of applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and requirements, establishment and maintenance of filing system, and liaison between the Town and HUD. The contract will be on a lump sum basis. The Town of Monticello is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Town also encourages Section 3 eligible businesses to submit proposals.
