Project Description This Capital Improvements project will upgrade the career center’s facilities, enhance campus security, and upgrade program training areas for high school and adult students. The project includes 140,532 square feet of renovation, approximately 400,000 square feet of new construction, and 123,779 square feet of demolition and abatement. The Career Center will be under one roof. The existing high school program will continue to operate during construction. Professional design services are being provided by Architectural Vision Group, Ltd. The Program of Requirements (“POR”) will be developed as a part of this project by the Architect/Engineer (“A/E”). All aspects of the project and related issues will be implemented and operated consistent with the Contracting Authority and/or Owner’s policies and procedures.
