Reference Number 0000376425 Job Location: Breckenridge, CO Qualified individuals, firms or consortiums are invited to submit a proposal to the Town of Breckenridge ("hereinafter referred to as "OWNER") for Construction Management General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the restoration and expansion of the Breckenridge Montessori. The successful CM/GC will provide Pre-Construction services during the design development and construction document phases of the project to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price (Phase 1) and then at the Owner's option enter into a unit price construction contract with the Town based on the final construction documents (Phase 2). The design team for this project is led by EUA. The purpose of this solicitation is to bind a competent, experienced contractor into a formal Agreement with the OWNER to perform the work described in this Request for Proposals and the attachments hereto. Proposers are cautioned to read the entire Request for Proposals, noting all submittal requirements, including both substance and format. Failure to provide all requested information in the manner required might be cause for rejection of the proposal at the sole discretion of the OWNER.
