The Town of Smithers invites tenders for Contract 2025-04 Sewer Flushing and Video Inspection. The general scope of this project includes sewer cleaning and CCTV inspections of approximately 3,600 meters storm and sanitary sewers within the Town of Smithers. The Substantial Performance Date is May 21st, 2025; however, delivery of final inspection reports will be accepted beyond this date. The format of the tender and contract documents is MMCD 2019. Not all the tender documents are included in the downloadable PDF on Online. Propents must obtain the remaining documents from the MMCD organization - instructions are included in the downloadable package. The Town of Smithers reserves the right to waive informalities in or reject any or all Tenders or to accept the tender deemed most favourable in the interest of the Town. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted; award is subject to the Town's Purchasing Policy.
