Borough of West Chester 2025 Supply and Delivery of Aluminum Chloride Hydroxide Sulfate The Borough of West Chester is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of aluminum chloride hydroxide sulfate to the Goose Creek and Taylor Run Wastewater Treatment Plants, West Chester, PA. There will not be a Pre-Bid Meeting. bid may be withdrawn within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time of the bid opening or within sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening. Award of Contract, if a Contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder. The Borough of West Chester reserves the right to reject any, and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. Question Deadline 02/21/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents electronically no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
