Renovation of an educational facility in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids from flooring contractors who are currently approved installers of Nora by Interface Flooring Materials for the West Chester East High School in West Chester, PA for the following contracts: Proposal No. 25-146 Interior Stair and Ramp Repairs All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor's Qualification Statement. Bids must remain in force for sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening and may be rejected any time prior to the expiration of said date. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bonds in amounts equal to 100% of the contract price. Surety shall be satisfactory to the School District and shall be included in the contractor's bid amount. All questions will be received through the solicitation until Friday, February 21, 2025, at 12:00 Noon.
