Sealed quotes will be received by the Department of Procurement for the following project: Adele Ln Sinkhole Repairs Each Quote must be sealed. In addition, the outside of the envelope, box or package containing the Quote should be marked with the following information. Name and Address, State Contractor's License Number (if the estimated cost of the work is $50k or more), Quote Number, and the Quote Name. St. Tammany Parish Government reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities. Scope of Work/Services The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to improve drainage by re-grouting catch basin, wrap pipe joint, remove/replace concrete driveway apron located on Adele Ln (R09A028); in Slidell, Louisiana. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law. Contractor shall provide all signage and barricades. The time period for completion of the project is twenty-one (21) calendar days. Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the specifications or drawings as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for. Work, materials or equipment described herein which so applied to this project are covered by a wellknown technical meaning or specification shall be deemed to be governed by such recognized standards unless specifically excluded.
