Murray State University reserves the right to reject any or all bids or quotations. The bidder must quote their best single offer for each item, multiple bids may be cause for rejection of bid. The minimum total award for this invitation may be limited to seventy-five dollars ($75.), at the discretion of the Procurement Agent. When a bidder is low on items totalling less than seventy-five dollars ($75.), that bidder's bid, on the items involved, may be disregarded and the items awarded to the next bidder. When brand names are not changed, it will be assumed that the bidders are proposing to furnish those brands listed in the invitation to bid. All equipment/products must be new and current models. Offers and modifications of offers or withdrawals received at the office designated in the solicitation after the exact hour and date specified for receipt will not be considered, unless no other acceptable bid has been received. Delivery at the earliest possible date is desired: therefore, weighted consideration may be given to the earliest date as stated by the bidder. Bidder shall clearly state in his bid the time required for delivery upon receipt of order. FAILURE TO SHIP AS PROMISED WILL BE CAUSE FOR FUTURE REJECTION OF BID. All deliveries will be made to the Central Receiving Agent, Murray State University. Failure to do so will mean: (a) delay in payment to vendor, (b) no responsibility for lost or strayed products by violation of this paragraph.
