Gutter Cleaning The City intends to award a term contract for cleaning of rain gutters, downspouts, roof drains, overhangs, etc. on City buildings. Bids for a service only that is $25,000.00 or greater must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total dollar amount of the bid submitted, payable to the City of Myrtle Beach. No other forms of security will be accepted.
