Renovation of a municipal facility in Dayton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Columbia County Office Building, Replacement of All Existing HVAC Units Award of the project contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder. Washington State contracting and prevailing wage rules apply. This contract provides for the complete replacement of all existing HVAC Rooftop Units which include 3 four ton units, 2 two ton units, 1 five ton unit and 1 three ton unit. This additionally includes one 2 ton mini-split unit. Located at 115 E. Main St. Dayton WA 99328. Prospective bidders must complete a walk through with the County prior submitting bids The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects, and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
