Touchet Valley Golf Course Irrigation Installation Phase 2. Bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis as indicated on the BID PROPOSAL, which will be used for the purpose ofcomparison of bids. Award of the project contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder. Washington State contracting and prevailing wage rules apply. This contract provides for the complete installation of phase 2 golf course irrigation project at the Touchet Valley Golf Course. Located at 209 N. Pine ST, Dayton WA 99328. Prospective bidders must complete a walk through with the County prior submitting bids. This project must be installed to the specifications of Dunning Irrigation Systems. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects, and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids receive: Kyle's Towing and Demolition, Dayton, WA - $259,449.89
