Renovation of a water / sewer project in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Supply all labour, equipment and materials to perform CF000538, the ROPEC RAS-WAS (return-activated sludge, waste activated sludge) Hoist Lifting Equipment Replacement Project, in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings attached/referenced herein Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price from a surety company in a form that is acceptable to the City. The performance security will be retained until completion of the Contract to the satisfaction of the City. The performance security amount may be reduced at various stages of the project, at the discretion of the City. A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. Location: Robert O.
