Two options may be offered to complete the proposed job. Option #1- Labor and materials for constructing a concrete retaining wall with footer approximately 165'x3'x1'. Option #2- Labor and materials for constructing a decorative block retaining wall with footer approximately 165'x32". The City of Doniphan reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it may deem to the in the best interest of the City. The City of Doniphan also reserves the right to reject the bid of a bidder who has failed to perform or complete on time the contract of a similar nature.
