Edward Flannery Apartments Fire Alarm System Replacement, Elmira, New York Single prime contract for the replacement of the existing fire alarm system throughout the building at the Elmira Housing Authority Edward Flannery Apartments, 300 South Main Street, Elmira, New York 14904. As bid security, each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of base bid and all alternates, in accordance with the terms described in the instructions to bidders. All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on Monday, May 12, 2025. Questions shall be directed to David R.
