Provide and install solar panels at the 421 DuPage County Administration Building. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond. The Bid Security shall be in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid amount. The Selected Bidder shall, within 15 days of the Notice of Award, furnish a Payment & Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of total bid amount. CONTRACT TERM AND RENEWAL: This Contract shall be effective for an approximately eight (8) month term period with an expected start date of 04/01/2025 and a completion date of 11/30/2025. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to accept or reject any or all Bids in part or in whole, and to waive any formality, technicality or irregularity in Bids received, if it is determined by the Chief Procurement Officer or their designee that the best interest of the County will be served by doing so.
