Question Deadline February 27, 2025 3:00 p.m. - Questions due to Buyer via email: donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov DuPage County Sheriff's Office ("County") is seeking a Contractor to provide Rewiring and Installation of its Radio Equipment at Shelter and Repairs of issues noted in the Scope of Work at its Hidden Lake Tower located near Butterfield and Lloyd, in Downers Grove, Illinois. The height of Hidden Lake Tower is 290 feet. Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all parts, labor and materials needed to perform work described in this document. SCOPE OF WORK: Section 1: Rewiring and Installation of Radio Equipment at Shelter The County's current Radio Equipment Shelter is being replaced in the spring 2025. The replacement Shelter is approximately 8' x 12' Fibrebond Concrete. Contractor shall provide connection of wires of Shelter to Hidden Lake Tower. Current electrical connections are located on the Southwest corner of the Tower. Connections for the replacement Radio Equipment Shelter shall be connected to Northwest corner of the Tower. Section 2: Hidden Lake Tower Repairs The County has assessed repairs at its Hidden Lake Tower. The Contractor shall provide an analysis by a structural engineer prior to the commencement of work for some of the repairs, as noted below. For those repairs, the work will not proceed if not approved by the structural engineer. The County reserves the right to award some or all of the tasks, based on available funding
