Route 3 over Oswegatchie River in the Town of Clifton, St. Lawrence County. Route 3 over Raquette River in the Town of Piercefield, St. Lawrence County. Route 30 over Fish Creek in the Town of Santa Clara, Franklin County. County Route 90 over Interstate 81 in the Town of Ellisburg, Jefferson County. This project will also wash the structure carrying Route 11 over the CSX Railroad in the Town of LeRay, Jefferson County. Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page.
