the furnishing of the following chemicals: Sodium Hypochlorite Caustic Soda 50% Caustic Soda 25% Sodium Fluoride Polyacrylamide Based Flocculant (Polymer) Klenphos-100 or Equivalent Bids must be on the Standard Proposal Form attached to the specifications, in the manner designated therein, and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder and name of the project and contract number on the outside and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, but not greater than $20,000. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids when such rejection is in the best interest of the Authority
