Bid security obligee is Center Line Public Schools. Bidders shall agree not to withdraw proposals for a period of forty-five (45) days after date for receipt of Bids. The Performance Bond & Labor and Material Payment The accepted bidder(s) will be required to furnish in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond by a Treasury approved surety licensed to do business in the State of Michigan. Additional Pertinent Information All applicable insurance policies (including asbestos specific) will be required from the accepted bidder and submitted in the bid submittal packet. If unavailable, at the time of the bid, the insurance certificates do not need to be included in the bid proposal. Bidders must submit copies of the Contractor's State of Michigan Asbestos Abatement License. This project is not tax exempt from State Sales Tax and/or Use Tax. All materials and supplies incorporated and used in construction and becoming a permanent part of this project will not be exempt from State Sales Tax and/or Use Tax.
