Renovation of a civil project in East Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
PROJECT LOCATION: EAST MOLINE WATER FILTERATION PLANT 901 12TH AVENUE, EAST MOLINE, ILLINOIS 61244 RIVER PUMPHOUSE LOCATION 901 7TH STREET, EAST MOLINE, ILLINOIS 61244 The project consists of removal and replacement of approximately 22,315 SF of existing EPDM roof system with a new EPDM roof system and installation of a new EPDM roof system over approximately 12,860 SF of existing metal roof system. The work must commence once an Agreement is in place and be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of notice-to-proceed, unless additional time is agreed to by Owner and Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security meeting requirements of the specifications and made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities.
