Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in East Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of March 12, 2025, project was awarded to Langman Construction and the awarded amount is $367,839.60. Mill and overlay of existing pavement at the parking lot on the west side of the United Township High School (UTHS) campus, the existing pavement will be repaired as needed to fix grading or drainage issues and then milled and overlaid with new asphalt. Concrete improvements on north drainage pan, site lighting, and signage. The work shall commence June 2, 2025, and must be substantially completed by July 31, 2025. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the bidding requirements. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
