Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids and to reject any or all bids and to determine which is lowest and/or best for the proposed project. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk of the City of East Moline, Illinois in the amount of 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with each proposal. Bids shall be valid for 60 days. The Project includes replacement of approximately 3979 LF of 12" watermain and associated service line replacements, valves, hydrants, PCC sidewalk, pavement patching and other related construction activities along 15 th Avenue from 1 st Street to 6 th Street. Question Deadline 04/08/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to the Engineer in writing.
