Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Randolph Construction Group, Inc. (Construction Manager) for the School District of Palm Beach County (Owner) will receive proposals for the Renovation to the Ancillary at TEC Warehouse (Austrailian) FCA Renovations. Site located at: 1481 Australian Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33404. This project is time sensitive and critical to be completed as soon as possible. Scope of work includes, but not limited to: limited demolition and renovations/upgrades to ceilings, walls, warehouse floor repairs, electrical, exterior lighting upgrades, new ventilation/mechanical systems along with structural strengthening of their support structures, bathroom renovations, windows, storefronts, card readers, rain guards and strengthening of framework for and repair and/or installation of overhead doors and reconstruction to similar systems to complete the requirements as outlines in the construction plans. Participation by small businesses and minority firms are strongly encouraged. The established minimum SBE sub-contractor participation goal for this project is 25% for SBE owned firms certified by the School District. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure.
