Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This Contract is for the widening and reconstruction of the Airport Road / Williams Parkway intersection. The work to be done includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Supply, installation, maintenance and removal of all traffic control components (signs, barricades, fences, barriers, delineators, flagmen) and road modifications to accommodate safe detouring of vehicular and pedestrian traffic around the construction site. - Supply, installation, maintenance and removal of measures necessary to protect the public, site personnel, vehicles, equipment, adjacent property and the environment from damage and/or injury that could result from the work of this Contract. - Earth stripping/grading and disposal off site all excavated material not suitable for reuse. - Construction of new stormwater appurtenances, storm sewer pipes, maintenance holes, ditch inlets, and catch basins. Adjustment and rebuild of watermain chambers and sanitary sewer maintenance hole. - Construction of granular road base, new asphalt pavement, curbs, splash pads, sidewalks, multi-use paths, bus bays and pads, street lighting, traffic signals, signage and pavement markings, and landscaping. - Cleaning of finished asphalt while finishing works are occurring. - All other work necessary to complete the construction in accordance with details set out in the Contract Documents, as shown on the Contract Drawings, and as directed by the Engineer. - Clean up and restoration of site following the completion of the work.
