The Public Works Repair Contract - Brampton East is for the provision of Right-of-Way Infrastructure Repairs and Road Repair Work on the City's East Side. Repair locations are identified through routine inspections to maintain and prolong asset life or performed to address public safety concerns. As such, repairs are scattered throughout the east side of the City varying in size and scope. The contract is for a one (1) year period with the option to be extended for four (4) one (1) year periods. The initial term of the contract is One (1) year period with the option to be extended for four (4) one (1) year periods as follow: Initial Term Year One (1) Contract start April 22, 2025 end December 31, 2025 Optional Year One (1) Contract start January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 Optional Renewal Year (2) Contract start January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 Optional Renewal Year (3) Contract start January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2028 Optional Renewal Year (4) Contract start January 1, 2029 to December 31, 2029
