The Region of Peel is seeking Vendors to provide the Water and Wastewater Operations Teams priority and emergency excavation, daylighting, repair and restoration services including equipment, operators and floating of equipment, on an as required basis for various locations within the Regional Municipality of Peel. Question Deadline: Fri Mar 7, 2025 12:00:00 PM (EST) Duration in months: 12 CONTRACT TERM The successful Bidder will be awarded a Contract with an initial term ending March 31st, 2026 (the "Contract Term") on the basis of a firm price for its duration. The Agency reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, to extend this Contract for four (4) optional 12-month periods (the "Extension Term(s)"), based on the same terms and conditions, by providing written notice to the Vendor in advance of each such optional period.
