Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The 2025 Road Resurfacing Project will include road resurfacing in all City wards and painting on East West Cycling corridor streets. There will be one Contract for all roads. The 2025 Road Resurfacing Project will include twenty-five (25) street locations city-wide. Work under this project includes removal and replacement of deficient asphalt surfaces, concrete curbs, sidewalks and storm sewers, construction of new transit pads for active transportation facilities as identified in the Active Transportation Master Plan and the addition of traffic calming measures. The project has been vetted through the Active Transportation Master Plan to ensure it meets our future Active Transportation requirements. The Work shall be commenced in Spring 2025 and completed by Fall 2025. Documents can be obtained from https://brampton.bidsandtenders.ca/
