Material Recovery Facility (Mrf) and Baler Building Dust Collectors Proposals are being requested from qualified contractors to provide design, procurement, and installation services for the MRF AND BALER BUILDING Dust Collectors, The project consists of the following services related to the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) Dust Collector and two (2) baler building Dust Collectors, located at the Casper Wyoming Regional Solid Waste Facility, 1886 Station Road: Design of dust collection system to meet the desires of the Owner for MRF and Baler. Providing, furnishing, and installation of all equipment to include: dust collector, bag discharge, waste bags, duct package, electrical wiring supply/connections, conduit, hardware, and any other necessary equipment to provide a fully functional dust collection system in the MRF and Baler Building. The MRF Dust Collector entire project is budgeted from the City's Solid Waste Division Refuse Collection Fund for fiscal year 2025 and to not exceed a $45,000 total project cost. The Baler Building Dust Collectors entire project is budgeted from the City's Solid Waste Division Balefill Fund for fiscal year 2025 and to not exceed a $102,000 total project cost. This project budget covers all permitting required by local authorities having jurisdiction, design and specification, delivery, and installation for a complete functioning and operating system. Completion of Services: October 31, 2025 The City of Casper reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in submissions received, and to accept any portion of a proposal or all items if deemed in the best interest of the City of Casper The City of Casper reserves the right to contact any reference or any client listed in the documents for information which may be helpful to the City in evaluating the Contractor's performance on previous assignments.
