Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Evansville, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
Edness Kimball Wilkins Trail Extension Description of Work: The Project will consist of removing vegetation and topsoil on the old railroad bed, earthwork grading, installing storm culverts and placing 3-inches of crusher base for a new pathway. Each Bid must be submitted on the Bid Form, accompanied by Bid security, as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders, payable to the Platte River Trails (OWNER) in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount Bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional Bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Work, as prescribed in the Bidding Documents. To perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors, prior to contract award, shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by State Statutes, federal and local laws, and regulations. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents Question Deadline 08/29/2025 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The work to be performed on the west side of the project begins along the old Railroad Bed behind the Dixion Bros. yard on Highway 26, and goes East on the Railroad ben to just west of S Pou Rd Terminating at the Highway Right of way Fence B. The Work generally includes the following: o Installing a 10-foot-wide 3-inch-thick Crusher Base pathway and a Storm Sewer culvert. D. References made to the Standard Drawings and Standard Specifications for construction requirements will be according to the City of Casper Standard Specifications and Drawings. Removal and proper disposal of excess materials and all other waste materials shall be the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR. E. Permitting and licensing requirements are described elsewhere in the Division 1 requirements.
