The Contractor shall provide Construction and Demolition Debris Disposal and Recycling Services on an ,as-needed basis, and will be compensated for services in accordance with the Service Rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, licenses, permits, supervision, inspection, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem, and any other item of expense necessary to provide nonhazardous disposal and recycling services, for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship (CCM) Program (formally the Inmate/Ward Labor Program), located at the Institutions/Facilities listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions and Contact Information. CDCR reserves the right to increase and/or decrease the number of participating CDCR locations throughout the term of this Agreement. Any decrease in the number of participating locations will be provided in writing from CDCR and shall result in no cost to CDCR. Any increase in participating locations will be added by Amendment, and services shall be provided at the same rates as the CDCR location in closest proximity (already included in the Agreement), and the same terms as identified herein. CDCR reserves the right to increase and/or decrease the number of participating CDCR locations throughout the term of this Agreement.
