Kingsbridge Road Bronx, NY 10468. The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel and supervision to accomplish project #526-25-112A, replace rooftop exhaust fan for third floor pharmacy, IAW the statement of work, specifications, drawings and installation instructions attached hereto. The contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work and shall be expected to plan work typically during duty hours of 8am through 4:30pm except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the Contracting Officer. NAICS: 238220 Size Standard: $19 million Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 Period of Performance: 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). This requirement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Potential contractors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and are verified/visible/certified as an SDVOSB on veterans.certify.sba.gov at the time of offer submission and prior to award of this procurement.
