Renovation of an educational facility in McHenry, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The proposed project includes but is not limited to select door, frame, and hardware replacement, installation of fire alarm devices, and additional miscellaneous health life safety work at McHenry High School's Upper and Freshman Campuses. Contractors' qualification statements are due in Lamp Incorporated's office by 5:00 pm, Monday, March 3, 2025. Prospective bidders should contact Kirstie Greatsinger at Lamp Incorporated (kgreatsinger@lampinc.net or 847-741-7220) to be placed on the bid list. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the bid is to accompany the proposal. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the contract. Payment of Prevailing Wages is required for this project. McHenry Community High School District 156 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any bid irregularities.
