Renovation of a museum in Lisle, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
2025 Lisle Station Museum Deck Replacement Project. All bids offered must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a satisfactory bid bond payable to the Lisle Park District in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount as bid security. The Lisle Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities and to award the contract in the best interest of the District. Sealed bids are invited for the 2025 Lisle Station Museum Deck Replacement Project for the Lisle Park District. The scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing deck on the Depot building, removal of the existing concrete sidewalk, installing concrete piers and building a new deck to replace the old structure, installing new concrete plaza, ADA access ramp, and sidewalk areas, and building wooden stairs to access the caboose on site from the new plaza. The site address of the proposed work is 921 School St. Lisle, IL 60532.
