Reference Number 0000287537 Provision of Snow Clearing, Snow Removal, Sweeping, and Line Painting Services for Parking Lots, Parking Structures, Sidewalks, and Roadways for Government Buildings, Facilities, and Healthcare Sites across Manitoba. Scope of Work 2.1 The Scope of Work is divided into the following subcategories: (a) Subcategory 1: Snow Clearing and Removal Services including but not limited to: (i) Snow clearing of parking lots; (ii) Snow clearing of roadways; (iii) Snow clearing of sidewalk and pedestrian pathways (including building entrances and exits);; (iv) Snow removal, hauling, and disposal; and (v) Ice control services (sand application and ice control material); and (b) Subcategory 2: Sweeping and Line Painting Services: (i) Sweeping and removal of all sand accumulation from winter ice control measures); and (ii) Line painting services. 2.2 The Scope of Work is for each subcategory is divided into following locations: (a) Sites: (i) Healthcare sites, facilities, campus (b) Districts: (i) Government offices and parking lots in Winnipeg (ii) Residential Building in and around Winnipeg Areas: (c) (i) Government facilities, housing, parks located outside Winnipeg and in rural Manitoba The term of the Standing Offer Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the procuring entity to extend the Standing Offer Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) terms of one (1) year term each.
