Reference Number 0000285463 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/11 04:00:00 PM CST This Request for Standing Offer ("Solicitation") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery on behalf of the Buying Group, to prospective Vendors to qualify for the Supply and Delivery of Traffic Control Signs and Related Products part of Maintenance, Repair and Operations Supplies Refresh-as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B). Anticipated Execution of Contract March 31, 2025 The initial term of the Standing Offer Agreement will be for a period of two (2) years. The term of the Standing Offer Agreement may be extended, at Manitoba's option, in consultation with Buying Group Members who have executed a Participating Addendum with the Contract Vendor (s), on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) terms of one (1) year term each. This specification document establishes critical requirements for traffic control signs and related products (signs) for use throughout Manitoba-by-Manitoba Infrastructure. The materials and manufacturing methods specified in this document have been chosen to ensure signs purchased by the Province of Manitoba (Manitoba) meet superior performance and durability standards. Manitoba and its Buying Group Members will advise the Vendor the of required quantity per request through the issuance of purchase order. The Standing Offer Agreement will be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the procuring entity to extend the Standing Offer Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) terms of one (1) year term each Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
