Description: .1 Work of this Contract comprises installation of a new automatic sprinkler system to serve the DE Unit, a new "below grade vestibule pressurization system" & "above grade ventilation system" serving the ABC Unit, firestopping & fire separations, and interior finishes as required at the Actionmarguerite Saint-Boniface - ABC & DE Units; also known as Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project - Actionmarguerite Saint-Boniface - ABC & DE Units. .2 Erection, maintenance and dismantling of Infection Control Preventative Measures shall be within the scope of work and be performed in accordance with CSA 317.13.22 and the regional infection control policies and procedures. .3 Terminal cleaning of spaces turned over for patient use shall be within the scope of this contract and performed in accordance with the regional terminal cleaning procedures The Project is scheduled to be awarded by May 9, 2025; General Contractor to begin on site no later than August 18, 2025.
